Working for Leading Lives

By working at Leading Lives, you can grow yourself to grow others, including the people we support. By growing relationships, you can help us think ahead, adapt and be flexible to help us cement our sense of community across our services.

Leading Lives offers 5 different service lines, meaning there is a role for you that will suit your strengths.

We practice values-based recruitment, so we look for team members whose values match ours. This means we don’t judge you just on your skills and experience, but on who you are and the other abilities you offer.

Our primary purpose always remains the same – to support people to lead the lives they choose.
