Leading Lives’ Short Term Enablement Team is Suffolk County Council’s contracted supplier of short term support for autistic people and individuals with learning disabilities or complex needs.
We have a multi-agency approach, we work alongside the learning disability and autism or transitions social work teams and a variety of other agencies. We have teams based across Suffolk working in the community.
Once you and Adult Social Care have identified the needs and outcomes you want to achieve, we are here to support you explore opportunities, make choices, build on your own personal resources, develop a life in your local community and nurture natural support networks.
We work with you to identify personal strengths, capabilities and aspirations and build on these to increase confidence, skills and independence.
