Saxmundham Hub is a lovely space for people with learning disabilities, autistic people and others with social care needs in the heart of Saxmundham.
Our well-qualified, experienced, and dedicated team members take a person-centred approach to delivering high-quality, individual service to meet the needs of all our customers. We ensure all risk assessments are in place and follow care plans whilst supporting customers to experience new skills, maintain or increase their independence, and promote healthy activities.
