It is Co-Production Week this week and Leading Lives is on a mission to embed Co-Production in how we develop and improve our services.
Co-Production is working in partnership by sharing power between people who use health and social care services including carers, families, and people from the community.
Leading Lives has chosen Healthwatch Suffolk to deliver Co-Production awareness workshops for our employees, and support us with implementing Co-Production activities and practice. Our first Co-Production project will be to review the Leading Lives Complaints & Compliments policy.
