One of our customers decided that she would like a trip to Thursford Christmas Spectacular to get into the festive spirit. She had been a few years ago and loved it, so was very keen to go again.
She and her support worker headed off to Thursford, enjoying some Christmas tunes all the way, and of course, wearing their Christmas jumpers! She enjoyed a look around the gardens with all the festive lights before taking a look around the Christmas shops. They then had a lovely lunch inside the Christmas tent and obviously had a mince pie for pudding, yum!
They then headed into the show, where they had brilliant seats, right up close to the action and the performers and all the festivities. Her support worker said “it was lovely to hear her sing along to all of the songs in the show and laughing along with everyone.”
A fun day full of festivities had by all involved.
