This spacious and comfortable property in Ipswich is located conveniently for Ipswich; Suffolk’s county town with vibrant waterfront, historic buildings and a wide range of things to do on your doorstep.

There is a warm and relaxing home-from-home environment at Burgess House, which offers:

  • Eight uniquely themed bedrooms with TV, and free access to Wi-Fi (guests can bring in their own games or internet TV consoles)
  • Four of these bedrooms are on the ground floor and hosts rise and fall beds (both single and queen size are available).
  • Five bathrooms (3 accessible)
  • Spacious and comfortable lounge with TV, DVD, gaming consoles and a music system. With double doors that open out to the large patio area with retractable canopy for inside/outside living
  • Large, tranquil and relaxing garden that is fully accessible, with a large lawn area ideal for garden games
  • Sensory Room Summerhouse – a dedicated sensory room that can either stimulate or relax the senses depending on the individual’s requirements, including bubble tubes, projectors and so much more.
  • Dedicated games room with pool table, table football, darts, and other games
  • Good, wholesome home-cooked meals prepared by our in-house cook

Burgess House is located just outside Ipswich town centre, close to Holywells Park. Other locations close by are Cardinal Park with its cinema and restaurants, and the beautiful Waterfront area lined with bars and restaurants. Ipswich Town Football Club is an easy journey for football fans, and Ed Sheeran’s “Castle on the hill” is a short drive away at Framlingham or the vibrant seaside town of Felixstowe is also close by.
