Stowmarket Community Hub

Stowmarket Hub is a welcoming place for people with learning disabilities, autistic people and others with social care needs.

Our well-qualified, experienced, and enthusiastic team members have a range of skills and interests which they dedicate to delivering high-quality, individual service to meet the needs of all our customers.

A typical day involves enabling customers to have interesting, enjoyable experiences that can introduce new skills, support them to maintain or increase their independence, and promote healthy activities.

Facilities:

The facilities we offer at Stowmarket Community Hub include:

• A large fully equipped Sensory Room which can be hired out.
• A newly decorated life skills room to enable people to develop skills to enable independent living.
• A spacious main hall.
• Training kitchen.
• Training suite available to hire.
• Large attractive grounds with various seating areas to relax, garden and play sports in.
• A newly refurbished and fully equipped art room.
• A drama/workshop room that’s available for hire.
• Evening and weekend activities on offer for people to access.

Activities:

Our experienced and caring staff work to provide an individual service to meet the needs of all our customers. We welcome people of all ages to experience a variety of daytime learning and social opportunities in a positive and safe environment. We also offer intensive, interactive, 1-1 sensory support on a daily basis to identified individuals.
