Exciting opportunity opens on Leading Lives Board
Leading Lives is seeking an experienced business leader to join its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director (NED), helping to shape our future as one of Suffolk’s leading social care organisations.
The role offers the opportunity to influence strategy, provide independent insight and governance oversight, and support our values-led organisation that places people at the heart of everything it does.
As we continue to strengthen our services, governance and long-term sustainability we are particularly interested in hearing from individuals with senior-level experience in areas such as strategy, finance, growth, operations, transformation or risk management.

The successful candidate will join a diverse and engaged Board, working alongside elected employee shareholders and an experienced executive team to provide support, challenge and independent perspective.
The Independent Non-Executive Director role is based in Ipswich for Board meetings and requires an average commitment of approximately one day per month. The appointment is for a three-year term and offers remuneration of £6,500 per annum plus expenses.
