Each team member knows the others’ strengths and weaknesses and they pull together to support one another. They have worked together to develop goal plans, learning materials and achieve outcomes for the tenants at The Lodge and tenants have achieved their goals and developed new skills.

One of the tenants said: “I have been living here for nearly a year and I love it! I am able to learn new things and be myself – I have my own independence”.
